Oh, my God! Why would she sell that? Surely the daughter would want to keep it anyway? I don't think Don would be too impressed :eyebrow:

This short little article isn't about Don, nor does it mention him, but it is about drummers in general. Apparently, drummers are typically smarter than the average bears!

Well - that settles it!
I guess I'm gonna have to take up drumming so I can have an intellectual discussion with Don.
Are you guys saying that a petite gal like me isn't going to see anything with ground floor seating? Dang!! I may have spent a ton of $$ to see people's heads..oh well!!
First time I say these guys was in 1977 in Philadelphia. I sat on my then boyfriend's shoulders the entire concert. Memorable night.
It depends what row you're in! Fortunately, besides the 'no pictures' rules, they have a 'no standing' rule for the slower songs. Since people won't be standing in front of you until about Heartache Tonight, you should be able to see part of it.
True for the early part of the show people stayed seated, but there are always some that will get up. They don't announce "okay you can get up now" The security people don't tell u to sit down, they are only after the cameras. I had a hard time seeing a lot of the show from 8th row, even on the aisle, which is usually better view. Next show I got side seats & saw a whole lot better!
They were told to sit down at concerts I was at, and threatened with eviction!
I remember at the Orlando concert, Don actually sang the line "you can get up now" during "LITFL". :partytime:
We are sitting in the 19th row.
To be honest I really don't care about taking pictures or videos. Sure it would be a nice memory to have, I spent too much money to waste it watching it through a camera lense. I guess if all else fails I will just have to stand on my seat!
I am just looking forward to a girl's weekend of sun, surf, shopping, a bit of gambling & an Eagles concert. The fact that we can go to Margritaville for a few post concert refreshments makes it all the better.
