I agree with Soda here. Both are excellent albums, but Desperado has a slight edge over On the Border. Personally, from start to finish, I think they are both stronger than Long Road Out of Eden, but that's JMO. Sadly ...
I cast my vote for On the Border.
For reasons which I believe are very similar to FP's, I cast my vote for Desperado.
This is a good album with songs that together make up a very listen-able, creative concept album however I consider almost every song on On the Border (as well as on the other 2 remaining albums) as displaying these qualities to a higher degree.
No question for me this time...

I'm sure glad that immunity can't be used in the final round. I managed to get one question answered so far (got it incorrect anyway <LOL>.)
