I love getting to hear the vocals like this!!! :D
Love it! He has an incredibly soulful voice. The backing harmonies aren't bad, either!
I've found another one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0J8C2WDSKk
Tried to watch it, but the content is blocked.😠😤
The last video is blocked.
Wow!! Don sounds brilliant on this - and the high notes at the end
The vocals don't actually start until 40 seconds in - so if the video is still blocked after that, try this link - http://dai.ly/k7HpfPeeBthsaHimkuB.
I downloaded it from youtube and then uploaded it to Dailymotion. Let me know if this one is blocked as well and I'll remove it.
AMAZING.
I love hearing the parts broken down. Don sounds really great and love the harmonies. Someone had broken down each voice in 7 Bridges Road and put it up on You Tube. I as looking for it the other night and couldn't get it to pop up. Anyone heard that? It's fantastic. It has Timothy on it instead of Randy, though. Love them both, but a little partial to Randy.

Its block for us in the US.
Try this version Shun and let me know if it works or not - as usual, please don't share this link anywhere as its not my video

Thanks, L101. It worked.

Leather and Lace (Live) - Stevie Nicks w/ Don Henley
Don looks great and handsome in this video. I think the jacket and dress shirt suits him well. I also love the little hand thing that he does with Stevie at the end of the song.
Also, what year do you think this is?
ETA on Sept 5, 2016: The link doesn't work anymore, but I downloaded the video before it was removed. If you want to see it, PM me and I will send a link from a cloud sharing site (OneDrive).

Here's Don singing "Everything Is Different Now" on Jay Leno (July 14, 2000). I love this performance, since he smiles and looks happy, esp. during the chorus.
Thanks for posting that. It's a really nice performance. He seems relaxed and in a good mood.
Here's audio of Talking to the Moon from supposedly Sept. 4, 1985. The YouTube user said it was recorded at the Universal Amphitheatre.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRreL3pRZfs
Here's a video of Don lip syncing The Boys of Summer on a TV show from presumably 1984 or 1985. It's not the original audio track, since the uploader put in TBOS from "Get Freeze It," which I assume is a bootleg from the HFO era. It's not the smoothest video, but you could probably pause it at some points to appreciate Don.

And audio of The Boys of Summer from his appearance on Howard Stern from probably last year. It's the slowed down arrangement. It probably was posted before, but I wanted to revive it. I know it's not the best audio quality.

ETA: I might as well add this video of Don performing Taking You Home on David Letterman from June 6, 2000 for promoting Inside Job. He's wearing sunglasses indoors.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2OT9CtzG3w
He went through a 'phase' of wearing those glasses for the Inside Job era - he wore them on his DVD (which I hated 'cos I LOVE those blue eyes!!!) But I read recently that he said he's actually sensitive to light which is why he hates all those flashes from cameras when he's on stage.
Thanks for finding those, RCF. Wow - Don may be lip-syncing in that first BOS video, but he sure is working the sexy quite nicely! Not as fond of the slow acoustic version on the Stern show though. But, what can you say - it's such a great song no matter how Don performs it.
And I just love Taking You Home - absolutely gorgeous (yes - I do mean the man and the song).
Never seen this before:

Thanks for the link!
I don't know if this is even worth posting, but here's a video of Don introducing a couple speakers who talk about the Iran Contra Scandal at a fundraiser. The video as a whole is long, but his part is only from 0:00 to 3:10 or a little before that since people clap until that mark when the speaker begins talking. I assume this was around 1987 give or take 1 or 2 years.
YouTube video title for easier searching on the forum: Daniel Sheehan & Sara Nelson @ Don Henley's
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziBzXfYRNqM
1:16:40 to 1:19:25 - Jackson Browne explains why there's no formal Q&A, but they can ask the speakers questions at the reception
1:17:57 to 1:18:14 - You can see Don standing next to the speakers while Jackson is speaking. It zooms away a little before 1:18:14
1:28:37 to 1:28:59 - Jackson shows up again and talks a little bit.
Other than that I don't know if Don shows up during the speeches, but I don't think it's worth anyone's time to look for it unless you're super interested in what they're talking about. It's only like VHS image quality from the 1980s.
Thanks for finding those!
Here's a video of Don singing Inside Out with Trisha Yearwood from the Tonight Show with Jay Leno:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUfUxkzt7J8
It's from September 6, 2001, according to the episode listing from imdb.com. Sorry about its poor quality and use of a video border. The border is probably used to avoid initial copyright monitoring.
I originally didn't care too much about this song when I first heard it and saw the music video, but this live version changed my opinion towards a more positive reaction.
I don't think I've seen that before, or if I have, I can't remember it! Thanks.
Hi everyone,
I was watching Eagles youtube videos tonight and came across this video of Don Henley singing I Will Not Go Quietly live in Tokyo in 1989. I don't know how long this video will be up so check it out while you can! :)

Here's a video from the Lone Star Film Festival. Don comes on around 1:40.
Don must had done his homework about the class of '89 reference. LOL A lot of great country singers came out around that time.

Here's the interview from last night or today for us in the other parts of the world. Most of the clips are from HOTE documentary.

Here's a video from last night tribute show to Linda in California. Don's introduces Desperado. There's video for Desperado, but of course its muted. JD and Jackson were also there with many others. I saw a picture of the picture on Facebook, but I can't get facebook on my work computer.
