I wonder what triggered the change of image. He looked much younger with the shorter hair.

Whatever triggered it, when I first saw the shorter hair in the gatefold of The Long Run, that is what started it all for me. I have told this story on numerous occasions.

he does look like he did in the No Fun Aloud era, but probably because this wasn't too far before that

I always wondered if Glenn started "cleaning" up his appearance when he started dating Janie Beggs. After all, didn't she come from a prominent family in Dallas? Or maybe he was already starting to distance himself from the Eagles and their image. Just my random thoughts. :laugh:

Then I had nothing until 1982 when No Fun Aloud was released.

Joe's hair is a lot shorter in that photo as well. It looks like the '80's to me too.
