I love his voice during that....he's so wasted, but sweet. His voice there reminds me so much of one of my cousins that is about his age and looked very similar during that time and was in to the hippie/pot thing.

Normally you would do them as part of your media player's function while you are playing a DVD on the computer. When you pause it that is when you can do screencaps. We currently use VLC Media Player.

PowerDVD used to have a great screenshot feature, but then they removed it at the behest of the MPAA who apparently feel threatened by screencaps, despite the fact that the courts have not determined that screencaps violate copyright. Thank goodness I got my F1 and HFO screencaps from PowerDVD before they caved to MPAA pressure and forced me to "upgrade."
The way I do it now is just pause it on a moment I like, "print screen," and then copy it into Photoshop. It's time-consuming but effective.
