I vote for Glenn also. I don't have a screencap, but I submit for evidence his opening scene in the Miami Vice Smugglers Blues episode. He fills those khakis out nicely, and I'm not even one who generally notices that.
(I'm a 'shoulder' person myself and yeah, those are nice too.)
