My three oldest brothers are 57, 59 and 60 years old. It's just an observation I've made watching their fashion progression.

No suspenders yet, but I'm struck by how much especially the middle brother is turning into our dad (btw this brother's name is also Don)! Dad started wearing suspenders in his late 60's -and plaid shirts! We know Don H. already has the plaid shirt thing covered!

You know, maybe they can hook their guitars onto the suspenders somehow, eliminating the need for guitar straps!

I'm gonna start working on this - with all the aging rockers out there -I might be on to something.

You'll all feel really silly when I've made millions off of this. I promise I won't forget any of you when I'm rich. ;)

I was watching Gardener's World, an archetypal English programme, tonight, and the young(ish) presenter, Monty Don, was wearing suspenders (we call them braces). Made me think of this thread, lol!

L&M - I agree - Glenn does look very "West Wing" in that picture of him, Don, and Tim.

And Z - I imagine I could watch the Travis Tritt video more than once as well! 8)
