Thanks for the photos ~ maybe Don was trying out a new hairstyle and it just didn't work out. It looks like the way your hair gets right after you take off a cowboy hat.

Again, thanks to Nameless in Houston for all the pictures.
There are MORE but I have to weed through them and Survivor is on!!
Wow. Why didn't my photos turn out like that?!
..Love your "nameless" friend...
Thank you Nameless in Houston I love you! LOVE YOU TOO HH!!!
 Nameless!!
Wow! Those photos are too gorgeous for words!! A great big THANK YOU to your "nameless" friend!!!
Fabulous photos! Thanks again 'nameless' and HH!
My impression of the Eagles live at MGM on 3/23/2013. Joe Walsh saves their bacon. Timothy and Joe get the loudest applause. Frey is a douche canoe and proves it live when he tries to be funny and hacks through "Take it to The Limit". He should be the one kicked out of the band. Vanilla vocals, and a marginal at best guitarist.
Well Badgerman and Galeon, you're in for a fecal storm. Don't say I didn't warn ya. Good luck, guys.
Na, some things aren't worth the effort.
I want to again thank Nameless in Houston for all the fantastic pics, they were simply amazing!
wow fantastic photos! was nameless in houston super close and/or did they have a really great zoom lens?
:jealous:
that's how close I want to be!!!
I can't stop giggling at Don's "baby chick" hair haha
aw
we were just talking about dye jobs in the Frey Fever thread.
while this isn't his only hair issue here, Don's hair is so white now that i think it's hard for him to get the dye to last. the recent photos i've seen, he always has roots and he can't seem to get the color right. poor guy.
Not to mention the inappropriate language used. Perhaps that sort of wording is considered to be acceptable elsewhere, but not here.
While I completely agree that the language was unnecessary (I always figure it's best to try to make a point while not using foul or degrading language-people take you more serious that way), I also feel, like we always say here, you are entitled to your opinion.
Obviously, B77, you bought a ticket to see them and sounds like you like them, so you must be a fan to some extent. Sorry you were disappointed. I've also noticed at the concerts and watching videos that Joe & Timothy do get their fair share of the applause--for good reason.
Galeon, it's always pretty cool to see celebrities in these settings but I doubt that everyone there thought Glenn looked that bad (evidence of that here on this board on a daily basis). Rather harsh and always best to remember others are looking at you also, do you really want them saying such negative things about you? We all have our off days.
Thanks for chiming in tho--- new members are always welcome here as long as they are courteous and respectful to other members.
Very well said, TBF! Everyone is entitled to their opinions and their right to voice them. Both trolling and flaming are against our Terms of Service, though, so it's not a free-for-all. I've been to enough concerts lately to know that all four of them get their share of applause, including Glenn, of course. Joe usually does get the most and it's set up that way (an example is that he's introduced last and with the most 'fanfare'). He certainly deserves it.
well said.....WW, VA, Brooke and TBF.
when I read it I was shocked and thought that the best thing was to ignore it since drawing attention to "negative" or bad behavior only makes people think that type of comment or behavior is ok..
GUYS it is not
I didn't say I didn't love the band or that Frey couldn't sing, I merely pointed out they showed him on the jumbotron and the look on his face was startling. I get I'm in a forum dedicated to the worship of this band (which I love also) but is giving an opinion with NO foul language against the rules? Stoned zombie isn't foul language and sorry if it bothers you but it was true.
Since you are such a big fan of the band, Galeon, it surprises me that you choose for your first post to be an insult of Glenn. Is that all you find worthy of "chiming in" on?
In my opinion, the Eagles are a BAND - who gets the loudest applause, who makes the silliest jokes, or who looks worst at any particular Eagles show is not important. The way they sound together is what makes THE EAGLES. The sum of the 4 is greater than any one individual.
Just catching up with all of these photos... love 'em! The "baby chick hair" comment had me cracking up.

thanks HH and Namesless!!!!
thanks hh I am so enjoying htese pictures
Wow, what amazing photos!!
I have to say I'd quite like to run my hands through the baby chick hair!
I wouldn't be adverse to helping Don smooth his hair. ;) Thanks to Nameless again.
well being a fan for 37 years, hearing and playing their music, I can distinguish Don's voice, Timothy and Randy
I know that Tim was singing backing in a very light and quite way on some songs, but in this song and "Lying Eyes" and many others his voice was not there although he was by the mic. for whatever reason!
his voice sounded clear when he introduced Glenn so I guess he can sing in future.
by the way I recorded some video's (unfortunately not so close ones) and went back to them to check and it was Don doing the vocals.
Regarding Timothy having surgery, based on other observations, it certainly can take some time as well as possibly change his tone. I'm sure no one wants to hear that.
But my wife is a huge Keith Urban fan, and he had vocal cord surgery toward the end of last year. We noticed when he performed on American Idol and on one of the award shows he seemed to be really straining on some notes. Plus his new album has been delayed several times.
So we certainly don't want anyone to rush things as far as performing goes.
curious, if Timothy is still recovering his voice, which Eagle member sang 'take it to the limit" at this show? thanks !
