I've never seen a picture of him playing one with the Eagles, but the photo I posted was from the Michael Ochs archives (which are now on Getty Images) and appears to be from the same concert as photos of the other band members.
That black and white pic is another new one for me. 8)

Yes, he played it sometimes with the Eagles. Sorry to say I can't tell you which songs or anything like that, I've just seen photos. I'd be interested in finding out which songs if anyone knows.
