It looks like Don has stubble :inlove:
Has Timothy cut his hair entirely or just the front of it?
Holy moley.....bidding on the guitar started at $2000 and there are 9+ days left? So tempting to spend my childrens' inheritance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Another article, this one Glenn is quoted as saying they might make more music together...

Well, that repeats that Don enlisted Gibney, whereas in every interview Glenn has done about it including the NZ Herald one, Glenn appeared to make it clear that he (Glenn) started the process.
Supporting his warts'n'all claims is that Frey roped Alex Gibney, director of the Academy Award-winning Taxi to the Dark Side and the Oscar-nominated Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room among many other hard-hitting docos.
"I was just blown away at this guy's storytelling. I said 'I don't even care if he knows anything about music. I just want to go to hm and talk to him about having us telling us our story.'
"I met with him in to New York and said 'here's what I want to tell you about the Eagles, there were always obstacles. There were always roadblocks. There were always challenges. We changed managers, producers, band members, accountants, record companies ...'."
Well, perhaps this one will be more to your liking!

New music?!!!!
YESYESYESYESYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So do we now have two conflicting versions of how this started?
I suppose I am biased, but I always assumed that Glenn, as the band leader, was the one who initiated it & had control of it. What to think now? I hate to see them in disagreement like this. Maybe Don suggested Gibney & Glenn then had to get him on board.
Oh, it's not a big deal. Perhaps they both came to the decision together.
Another article and photo: http://www.latimes.com/entertainment...,4331692.story
Yes, they are probably in perfect agreement over it...just the fans that care... I refuse to look for an argument that probably isn't there.
This article has a gallery (four pictures):

It wouldn't be the 1st time that a reporter got them mixed up. Glenn has said repeatedly in recent interviews that he asked for films by the directors who have been nominated for an academy award.
WOW. I was out all evening & came home to see first, reports & pictures of the guys at Sundance & then I discovered the trailer! This is going to be terrific! :partytime: I can't wait!!!! It's killing me that Showtime isn't available to me & I'll have to wait until it is available to purchase!!!
ok for the picture ...I think someone just forgot to say" on the count of three...we all smile and look in the same direction"
hey I am just glad they are all there for the film and charity event.

that is a great pic!...gotta love a happy Don and Glenn
anyone know how long the film is?...wondering if it's over out there in Utah
There were people a few minutes before midnight ET tweeting that they were waiting for it to start.
Yeah - plus remember they're on mountain time. I imagine it won't be over for another half hour to an hour.
I'm guessing there will be some big party after the film is over?
Probably, but I don't think we'll get too much press about an after party. What we will get afterwards is movie reviews, but some might not come out until tomorrow.
One review: A HISTORY OF THE EAGLES may be one of the best music documentaries ever. Unbelievable story of success and failure
Another one. Really wish I had been able to justify the cost of going to this!
So I just watched The Eagles Documentary and THE Eagles are here answering questions about the movie. IS THIS REAL LIFE?!
A picture of the Q&A:
