I'm unsure about the marital status of both Joe and Marjorie. Since they have been appearing together publically now for several months, it would make you think that they are both divorced now.
Joe & Marjorie really do make a great-looking couple. :D

I know very little of Marjorie Bach, but I don't believe she's in the public eye except as the sister-in-law of Ringo Starr more than the sister of Barbara Bach, who is fading from public memory as an actress. Indeed, I believe Barbara Bach has not acted in anything since marrying Starr over 25 years ago. (Kudos to them for making it last, BTW!)
