You are right - he did indeed thank Don and Glenn. Here's his quote ...
"I'd like to thank Don Henley and Glenn Frey for writing an incredible body of work that propelled this band through twenty-odd years of life. Thank you guys."

So even Felder recognizes that Don and Glenn are the most valuable ~ he doesn't thank Joe, Tim or Bernie. Nobody thanks Felder.
Don't get me wrong, they're all valuable, but some contribute more than others. To me that is even more important than whether or not they had success in the eighties although I guess Don Henley's and Glenn's level of success is where the 'big name' factor comes in. To be sure Don Henley is the biggest name of all but Glenn is not awfully far behind like the rest of them are.
A review from a freelance film critic.

thanks va
I think its a great review and he sounds like an eagles fan to me too.
Any review that references poet William Blake's Songs of Experience is golden in my eyes.
I do wonder, however, why he raves about such obvious choices as showing a teapot when they're talking about one...??
I found this on Twitter, and I want everyone to know that it wasn't me that made this little gem. However, I surely can appreciate it. Booty In Motion indeed.

LOLOLOL Suuuuuure VA... :lie: :hilarious:
I can definitely appreciate that 'booty in motion'!
I'm going to try to find some time this weekend to watch the documentary again. I recorded it so I can watch it whenever I want, but I'm still having a hard time. Maybe, if I try to watch it in one hour segments, I'll be able to get through it again.
I will admit that the DVR has gotten a good workout at that spot.
