This week I have been in all day meetings every day with two more days to go. They have been pretty awful, but today I did have a small bright moment when one of my team members said we needed to "take it easy because we were going to have to take this to the limit". He didn't realize what he said until I thanked him for the Eagles moment.

I don't generally refer to him as Sugar, either. But because many here do, when I heard the song I thought of him! I have thought of him as Sweetie, but mostly I think of him as Handsome. For obvious reasons.
