Cool! It's amazing how new photographs of the famous (or infamous) baseball match are still turning up.
Geez, someone help poor Cameron in that photo! The at bat stance, the high water pants....where's "the coach"?
Here's another one, GEF!

I got these from these articles (they're .pdf files): "The Eagles Land on RS" and "Days of Rage: Los Angeles Musicians Talk Back to Critics."
(Note the stats in the first article - every Eagle got at least one run except for Felder. No wonder they won!)
Regarding the photo with Cameron - I don't know much about the right baseball stance, but even I can see the poor kid probably won't be too much help to his team. But the pants ensure he won't trip over the hem. ;)Quote:

Great articles and pictures, Soda.
Here's Joe in colour.

Thanks for posting links to those articles! I have always wanted to read the write-ups of that famous game.
The Eagles definitely made Rolling Stone eat crow.
Thanks for allowing us to see that pic in color! Is that the same shirt he's wearing here?

I LOVE that he made himself 49. What can I say, Joe is awesome!
Well, he is pretty funky! <rim>Quote:

All children, except Joe, grow up!
Great baseball pics and I love the planet rock ones too. Good find, Kate 8)
lol! That photo is a hoot! Now we know where David Lee Roth got his moves from. ;)
Joe is a hoot! There doesn't seem to be much that he wasn't willing to try 'back in the day'.
I love his funky #49 shirt.
The 2006 version of a funky baseball shirt went for $45! And it's not even tie dyed! But, I love it nonetheless!
Drat, I missed that one, Molly!
Love the 'Flying Joe' pic, WM! When is it from?
It looks like great fun, doesn't it? It's from 1975 :)

Joe the sunglasses model
I'm not lookin' at the sunglasses, lol.
<gasp> bad girl Soda
Hey! Joe's girls... I think I see a bit of chest hair there! :D I've not see a pic of him close up without the shirt before.
PLS -- there appears to be 6 hairs on his chest. Not that I'm checking closely or anything.
Oh...I thought I counted 7. :D But hey, who wants to rest their cheek on a furry mat? That'd be like cuddling with the dog. lol
I can tell you RG wouldn't say no! http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/s...hlich/g020.gif She loves hairy men.
She's not the only one!
Lol, much as I love Joe, that just doesn't quite have the same effect as another recently posted picture!
Ummmmmmmmm..... TRUE!
Gotta say it's true about the chest, although there is a shirtless one of Joe from the baseball pics that is so dang hot...
First, though, I continue my series of the glory of HFO hair!

Glorious indeed! Joe looks fabulous here! :inlove:
I see our tastes align, Brooke! But then again I already knew that. ;)
Now the shirtless Joe photo I like so much:

YEAH, baby! :pimp:
Yes, they do Soda!
This one is one of my all time favs of Joe! :D
Oh, another HFO shot. Have I already told you I have a weakness for HFO pics? And that one with half-naked Joe is HOT!
I ADOOOOORE HFO Joe!!!! LOVE the hair!! Gorgeous
Oh and that last shirtless Joe................ LOVE that pic!

Some Joe trivia questions:
When Joe ran for President of the United States in 1980 -does anyone remember what his campaign slogan was?
He was ineligible to be President - why?
I vaguely remember the slogan was 'Free Gas For Everybody' but I have no idea why he was ineligible.
Okay - I'm going to take a crack at it. I think it's because he wasn't old enough. You have to be age 35 to be president of the U. S. - Joe would've only been 32 in 1980.
Very good, ladies. I knew it wouldn't take long to get the answers!
I'm sure I remember Toonie telling me that when he ran for vice president in 1992, his slogan was 'free toilet paper for everyone'!
Great pictures and some intersting trivia :D
Well...ya gotta have the essentials  :D
So many lovely pictures of Joe...am I in Heaven?
So...who would like to take a guess what these two could have been up to??? :? :D

Joe: "Er... I have a bit of a problem here... I put these pants on when I was relatively sober... now, after drinking all this beer, I've got to take a whizz and I'm not sure how to undo them..."
Other guy: "You're on your own, buddy!"
