Re: Hearing the Eagles or solo songs unexpectedly!
Hubby and I were out tonight, and stopped by a convenience store to pick up a few things. While we were in there, "New Kid in Town" began to play! Of course, I wanted to stay and hear the entire song, but hubby insisted we leave after we paid for our items. I told him I'd have to report him to the Border!
Re: Hearing the Eagles or solo songs unexpectedly!
Thank you, Carla. Tell hubby the Border patrol has been deployed!

Yesterday in the Grocery store I heard Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough!
I told my Mom who sings it and she said: Ok, well then I must now make a little slower so you can hear it to the end! Thanks Mom!

I will remind hubby how your mom let you stay and hear the entire song, next time an Eagles song is playing in a store!:partytime:
Re: Hearing the Eagles or solo songs unexpectedly!
Don't worry about it too much Stars. As big of an Eagles fan as my Hubby is, there would be no way we would be waiting around just to hear the end of an Eagles song if he is with me! :unimpressed:
Re: Hearing the Eagles or solo songs unexpectedly!
We would! There's no choice for my hubby here.
Yesterday we were leaving our hotel in Disneyland Paris! Its called the Sequoia Lodge hotel and has its decor based around the American midwest theme. Anyway just before we went, Laura was getting a bit upset at going, when I heard 'Centre of the Universe' playing in the background. It sounded lovely. AND cheered her up no end!
