Wise decision, Soda :).

Yeah - I read the Greatest Hits article and found most of it to be so lame. I have a very hard time following this guy's logic.
And Mike, I never cared for the song "Afternoon Delight" either, but then again, I may have felt a lot different about it if I'd had a hot tub. I guess we should never underestimate the value of accessories!
During the time Afternoon Delight was a hit on the radio I liked it! I always liked guy/girl bands and I liked the harmonies.
Found this video from the press conference in Taiwan

Koala Have I told you how much I love you lately? This video is awesome! I don't know these four guys any better than the next person, but I could 'feel' their annoyance at being pinned down only as the band that does Hotel California. And notice the way Don looks at the lady around 6:00 as she interprets what he just said. His look says, "Did I say all that?" :hilarious:
Great Find Koala!
My first reaction was, i'm afraid to say Hysterics, it just seemed so strange, the guys obviously found the whole thing very weird...I felt Sorry for them :grouphug:.....and then poor Don got that question again!
Thank you, Koala for posting that. The guys did look a little uneasy - I guess they weren't the most thought provoking questions that they were asked. But, I did learn that their hotel is close to a mall and that it's best to avoid rush hour in Taiwan. But hey, we'll take what we can get!
I just wish the camera man could have figured out who was talking and actually show that person's face while he was doing so! What a concept! ;)
As for Don's advice to aspiring musicians that they need to get a lawyer... how inspiring. Doesn't he understand how such statements give the impression that he believes money takes precedence over art - so much so that the art aspect isn't even worth mentioning?? Don - hint - how about something like "Aspiring musicians should remember to put their heart into it..."
Ah well. We know Don isn't like that; we know he didn't mean it that way - I just worry others won't.
Don and Joe were having a good time until they had to sit down and start answering questions.

Glenn goes in to the "fearless leader" role when the band is asked to do a favour.
