Very interesting article. Hopefully, it won't be the lawyers who profit from these changes but the artists. It sounds like a battle is brewing.

Common sense says the artists should get their rights, but sometimes the law doesn't wind up reflecting common sense!
Very interesting read. There must be a lot of artists who have some good music that was popular -but didn't make them the millions the best selling artists eventually got - who could benefit from this.
