I'll try to make this one - I'll be coming back from South Africa on July 2 though so I might still be recuperating!

I'd love to be at this one! Louisville was the last time a saw the LROOE three-hour show. Airfare is doable. Hmmmm. Gonna have to think about this one. . . .

Same here. Wish they would release the prices of these shows!

VIP prices for this show have been released, and the sale date is Monday, 3/25 @10am. The prices are the same as all the others, $895, $625, and $400.

I want to go to this one so badly!! Opening night! Experience it all first-hand and not have to wait until someone posts a review! However, I already have vacation plans with my sister and her boys, my mother, and my aunt. We won't return until the 5th and they are planning on spending the weekend at my house. It seems rude to just give them the key and say 'bye'!

OK, I'm totally going. So now my summer looks like this:

1. See Fleetwood Mac!
2. Go to South Africa!
3. See Eagles!

Now I have to fit a visit to my parents in there somehow and then I'm set!

I might try to go a little early and take the train to Cape Town to hook up with Monique beforehand, but the country is quite big and it may not work logistically.

I wanna go!!! Major pout! To Louisville, not South Africa. I want to see the first show of the new tour! As I told HH, I'll just sit around the house/pool that night and have my sister pour mudslides and wine down my throat until I forget what I'm missing!

As far as Louisville, I'm definitely in too.

Soda...you are an amazing woman!...so generous and kind...but we knew that I guess...

I'm in for Louisville...if I can get a good ticket that is...I think it will be very very exciting to see the first night...YEAH!!!

PLS is considering going, but only if she can get a good ticket. I've been checking out TM off and on for her. They have this new verification system where instead of typing random letters/numbers, they ask you questions.

The question I got this time: "Which one is the hottest?"

Before I saw that they had a drop down menu with choices (the answer was "fire"), I was looking for a place to type in "Glenn Frey" (I know not everyone would have the same answer lol).

And re the countdown: counting weeks until the last month - then switching to days - sounds good...

Louisville booked up? Didn't realize it was a holiday hotspot, lol.

There's a two-day July 4th music fest with fireworks from the river. It seemed to me that many who were staying in downtown were staying for several days. The day the concert was announced, there were two hotels close to the venue that had no openings, Galt was one. Others had limited rooms and said, so, and their prices were high, even with the military rate (the ones with limited rooms were sold out for the 4th, I assume they still are). It was one of the determining factors that made me think it wasn't meant to be, I couldn't ask my family to cancel their vacation for that... I could have taken a cab to the venue, but after the horrors of the 2nd Atlanta show, I'll never count on getting a cab after a show at a big arena again.

LOL! I had the same trouble after the FM show in Chicago! Everyone wanted a cab! I finally ended up on a bus that took us within a couple blocks of our hotel.

I booked my hotel the day I bought concert tickets!! :blueblob:

I'm going to this show! I couldn't pass up the opportunity to see the first concert of the new tour! Less than 2 months! Woo Hoo!! :hilarious:

Soda, hubby and I did the 2nd row VIP package. I got in and finished placing the order at 10:01 am on the first day of the sale, so we should be good to go with 2nd row center. They issue tickets in order of checkout and in my experience, a 10:01 time bodes well for being the first tickets issued. Fingers crossed!

We know Houston Baby got 3rd row. Dreamer I know got floor seats but I'm not sure where and Zelda? I'm not sure either. Check in, ladies, and let us know!

We would really like to go to this one, but we are watching for ticket prices to come down. So far, no good. But there's still time.
