Re: What's Happening In Your Life?
I've begun a very interesting new class on the life and times of Winston Churchill at the State University (taking this class, not teaching it.) Currently reading Paul Johnson's Churchill.

Well, I got some bad news today. At the vet, I discovered my cat Milton has kidney disease. I am getting him some special food and I hope he responds well to it so that we can have as much time together as possible (ideally years) but there is no cure.

So sorry to hear about Milton. We've got a cat whose kidney isn't fully functioning (she's older) and the vet put her on Royal Canin Renal Support. But, Milton may be a different case... sending healing and comforting thoughts to Milton and his owner! <3

Soda, I'm sorry about your cat. Good luck with the new food. I hope he responds well.
Re: What's Happening In Your Life?
Linus (my old cat) and I send well wishes Milton's way!

I am so sorry Nancy. I hope Milton does well on the new food. It sounds like many fur babies have done great on it. Sending hugs, prayers and good wishes for you and Milton.

Soda, I'm so sorry about Milton. Thoughts and prayers for you and him that he does well on the new food. I'm glad you got him to the vet early.
I regret not taking my Beyonce in sooner than I did when I noticed her losing weight, but she ate well and acted good and I just attributed it to her being old. There was no cure for her cancer, but I still feel bad for her.
