What's Happening In Your Life?

So sorry about that NMB. A lot in my family have it including my Granny, my Mom, a few of my aunts, one of my uncles, and now my Dad's starting to wonder if he's getting it as he had some sort of episode that scared all of us as we thought he was having a stroke or heart attack but it turned out it was this mixed with some stomach issues. The ones my Mom's side of the family has is chronic so it will just come and go.

Bah! That is awful that they have it recur. I'm going to tell the vertigo very firmly to go away and never return. :machinegun:

Sorry to hear that, NMB. My coworker has it and has had an episode at work that was very unsettling. Prayers for you.

I'm sorry to hear about this NMB. I've never heard of it--it sounds like one gets dizzy after being in the same position for a period of time, like lying in bed all night. Take care!

Aww, thank you guys. Yeah, what brings it on is the position of your head. If I lay flat, or even look up, the world starts spinning.

But just in case, my sister-in-law's mother has this, and -you'll never guess- she literally throws herself down onto the bed, or floor, and feels better. I'm not recommending this, you could hurt yourself, but I'm just acknowledging how strange this whole condition can be for people!
