Hello, AT, welcome back!
Well winter hit about a month ago. Then it cleared up making nice icy roads. Now today we are having a Winter Storm Warning. Up to 12" of snow in the valleys and more in the mountains, With wind gusts up to 40mph. Yikes. Is Spring every going to get here? Also, have to travel to my daughters tomorrow about 1 1/2 hours away. Oh what fun it is to live in the Rocky Mountains! LOL
Glad you're back, AT!
Yikes, DJ! Drive careful tomorrow!
I wish we would get some snow. We've had an inch or two a time or two this winter, and ice the weekend I was gone. Not really a normal winter for here. We usually have several 5 or 6 inch snows each season. My grandson is three and hasn't been able to make a snowman yet! He was sick the first snow and the second skiff was too dry. He has his snow boots, pants, and etc all ready but here we are with gray, ugly mud! :scowl:
Aww, I bet the little guy looks cute in his snow outfit. I had a snowsuit when I was a kid - used to pretend I was an astronaut on a distant planet of snow.
Wow, all the talk of snow is just awesome to me! I'm in NE Texas (of course) and we hardly get any snow. I do remember lots of snow days when I was a wee youngster but not anymore. The most we get it seems only lasts a couple of days and that's for the whole winter season. We did have a few flurries earlier this year and in two days the temps were back up in the 70's....go figure.
Sorry I haven't been around much. Been working with some ADMIN's on Guns N Roses websites and focusing on School, Recording and Game Of Thrones. It is Snowing Here as well but we have gotten mostly rain so far.
I am a Second Semester Senior now. Hopefully I don't get exactly three snow days because I need to see Tom Petty and Joe in Hartford and my last day of school is my graduation so yeah.
I made this a few days ago!

I just thought I would mention that I will be having major surgery for a liver tumour some time in the next 30 days. I won't know if it's benign or malignant until after the operation, but it's very, very large & has to come out. It has been a stressful time for me as I'm sure you can appreciate!
Also very hot here in Sydney, a long hot summer, which is not helping. I have absolutely NO discomfort, but I'm conscious of it all the time.
:yuck: :worried: :nervous:
:hug:Please accept my best wishes for a successful procedure, a speedy pain-free recovery and a quick and certain result of benign. You will be in my thoughts.
Best wishes, thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.
