The Boston Herald ran an interview with Timothy last Thursday that was done in Toronto. A few pictures included. You can find it at the Boston Herald website.
I just need a little downtime.........

He sings it high, he plays it low
I got this in my Google alerts this afternoon. I wonder if I can hold the auditions?

Eagles tribute band is looking for a bass player that can sing the high parts, like Timothy B. Schmit (lead and back ground vocals). All other parts are in place. We are just needing the bass player. Gigs to be played and money to be made.

It is a article about Neil Dimonds new album Dreams, here the part about Tim:
Also getting tapped twice is Randy Newman, whose “Feels Like Home” is all but unrecognizable. (Interestingly, it features Timothy B. Schmit of the Eagles on harmony vocals, but Schmit does not perform on Diamond’s cover of “Desperado,” which sounds more wistful as it concerns aging.)

I don't know how I feel about Neil Diamond doing a covers album when his last two albums of original material were so superb.
Found this link to a cool radio interview that Timothy did in Sydney http://www.jonoanddano.com.au/
