I know - it sure doesn't seem like it's been three months, does it?

And that is such a terrific picture, Rhonda - isn't it great when you have such special memories to hang on to? I love to read this thread, especially whenever I'm having a bout of PEW.

Sigh! San Jose was such an incredible weekend. Just watching that video gave me goosebumps. (I've had severe Eagles/Border withdrawal for the past week.) How cute was Don's thigh-tapping? He was really getting into it!

Once again, I can't express how thrilled I am that you got to meet Joe, Rhonda - and to get such a fantastic photo with him was the icing on the cake. Something to treasure forever. You certainly deserved it.

I missed this yesterday because of our Long Run fun, but the first Chicago shows were this time in 2008 - most notable for me because that's where I first met TBF, PM, and Maleah!

Well that show is notable for me as well and I wasn't even there. But, if I remember correctly, there are a few memorable pictures floating around from that show!

That was a great night, my first Eagles concert and I got to meet TBF, Maleah and Soda. You guys are right - Maleah's photos from that show will go down in Border history! For those of you who haven't seen them they begin on this page.

Wow, am I feeling it today! I'm reminiscing (or torturing myself) by watching the few videos that are on YouTube from our front row concert in San Jose back in May. These are only short, low quality clips but I can remember bits of this so, so well. Like where Glenn sings the "and it breaks her heart/hands as cold as ice" part - I vividly remember singing along to it and him looking RIGHT back at me. We were just to Glenn's left, as you look out from the stage.

I just found this last one today. It was taken on a guy's cell phone, and you'll have to turn your laptop to see Glenn upright, lol, but it's the whole of Lyin' Eyes, along with the intro. It's worth it more for the vocals. I think he sounds amazing and just as strong as he ever was. Unfortunately the guy navigates away from the screen and JUST misses out on the part where Glenn mouthed "much" to us! But it's still good to hear the song.
