you better put it all behind you, baby, 'cause life goes on
you keep carrying that anger, it'll eat you up inside--
7-16-2009 Eagles were in Hamburg!
WOW, I still can‘t believe it, 1 year ago I was at my first Eagles concert! It was incredible!I never forget this night!
I was so excited, and this already days/weeks/month before the concert ! At least I had since January, when I bought the tickets,
counting the days until the concert, it were 197 days! I think I have a lot of people nerved! NO I‘m sure!
I couln‘t wait until it finally started (8.03pm), when I heard the first tones from How Long I had palpitations, I thought every moment I get a heart attack!
I have really enjoyed every minute of the concert, I wanted that it never stops! I hope I get someday again the chance to see a concert by the Eagles, please!

Aww Koala, I know what you mean about the heart palpitations when How Long starts. I hope you can see them again.

And I dream I'm on vacation 'Cause I like the way that sounds,
It's a perfect occupation for me.
Oh Koala---Isn't it the truth!! I was right there with you!
He sings it high, he plays it low
Koala, it's great to remember those times, isn't it? I hope you get another chance, too.

Koala - I REALLY hope you get another chance to see the guys again, too. I bet you would be just as excited as you were a year ago. It is always such a thrill (at least for me) every time I go to a show. I still get those heart palpitations of which you speak. I can remember the excitement I felt going to my first Eagles show as if it were just yesterday (actually, it was in 2003). But, the thing is, I felt pretty much just as excited when I went to the show in Raleigh a few weeks ago. I thought my heart would turn a flip when I heard those opening notes of 7BR. Funny how that works, huh!

It's been nearly 3 months since San Jose and, I guess because of the Meet n Greet, PEW has been pretty much delayed for me, but recently it's really starting to set in. Our experience in San Jose was like something out of one of my stories except, well, that would have ended differently *G*, but still, it's been a wild ride! Every time I look at my desk top, cell phone, framed picture on the wall or facebook avatar, I get that same goofy grin and that same feeling so I guess Im pretty lucky that way. I cant help but feel like someday I'll see them all again and that meeting Joe wasnt the last time. It's been a "challenging" summer so far with the questionable weather and some personal issues, but the memories I have of San Jose, meeting everyone there, the SHOCK of seeing Joe walk by!!!! the incredible show with the awesome seats, then Portland, MEETING Joe!!!! sitting with Tim's family, the pictures, the video, the friends!! The memories of all that keep my spirits up and I know that there WILL be more in the future!
