The closest I can get (through my rusty French and an online translator!) is: "Jackson Browne asks for tips from Bruce Springsteen behind the scenes at Main Point, Philadelphia in 1974." Not very exciting!
The bit underneath is referring to a picture that was below in the magazine, and mentions Bruce's concert in the same year at Avery Hall, when the stage collapsed towards the end of the show. The caption says that the cashier (manager/financer?) featured in the image is trying to work out who should pay.
