Wow, had no idea there had been an earlier thread on the same subject! Thanks for merging the two topics. Just noticed too that I created the new thread almost nine years to the day after the last post in the old one, funny coincidence there.
So many interesting topics... Bringing it back on track with my favorite Bernie songs.
1) Bitter Creek
2) Train Leaves Here This Morning
3) Twenty-One (it's so cheerful, go banjo!)
4) My Man
5) Earlybird
6) Journey of the Sorcerer (would be the ultimate hymn for a dreamy, fairlylike something in an amusement park do ya feel me?)
7) I Wish You Peace
Glenn: Good evening, we're the Eagles from Los Angeles...
Joe: Hey tell you what, if you got firecrackers, save 'em until you get home, lock yourself in the closet and light everything you got okay?
Glenn: ... Thank you Joe!

"He's just another power junkie, just another silk scarf monkey. You'd know it if you saw his stuff. The man just isn't big enough."--Glenn Frey/Don Henley
"You think you know me, but you haven't got a clue."--John Lennon/Paul McCartney
Are there any videos of Bernie playing the banjo in any of the early songs?
That would be really cool to see.
Marshmaster

Marshmaster, here's a video mini-montage, which features a bit of Bernie's banjo playing. There's also good early footage from the 1973 BBC concert on the Totally Fuzzy website which I'm hesitant to link b/c it's more than 1/2 an hour long.
