Rainy and cool-40. It is getting very green out though!

Beautiful sunny sky. 51 degrees.

Flood stage here! Thankfully I don't live near a river, but the storms and heavy rain took out the gravel road on both sides of small bridge that I have to cross to get to work. We have had over 6 inches of rain the last two days, most of it last night! Lots of high winds in a couple neighboring towns.

This road takes me to the nearest small town about 12 miles from my home:


There is a 20 foot drop on both sides of this road and the bridge over the river is up ahead behind the truck in the distance. The only time the water has crossed over this stretch of highway was in the floods of 73 and 93.

oh Brooke...water right up to the road like that scares the sh.. out of me!!!
I would have trouble driving through that...

I'm sorry about that Brooke. Flooding is super scary and I hope it won't be too bad on the roads.

River stages are going down and straight to summer-85 and sunny right now!

Believe it or not, we had to turn on the ac here in the office; it was actually hot! We froze last Saturday and then it turned nice Sunday afternoon. 85 yesterday too! Melikes! I wish we had a happy dance smilie! How about
