Hello everyone! Came across the message board while googling photos so I thought I'd join . My name is Courtney and I'm from Houston. Although I've loved the Eagles' music for a long time, I guess you could say I've really become a huge fan recently due to my husband's purchase of the new DVD set. I'm a little obsessed with it actually LOL. Anyway, wanted to introduce myself before I delve into posting in the various sections.

Favorite song...I guess I'll have to go with Lyin' Eyes. I have a special connection with it that doesn't have anything to do with the lyrics. When my first daughter was born I had to have an emergency C-section because her heart rate dropped suddenly. She was okay thank god, but after they sewed me back up, I was freezing cold, shaking and couldn't stop my teeth chattering. I remember a nurse piling blankets on me and I finally started feeling warm enough. She left the room and I remember a radio playing Lyin' Eyes. It just felt comforting. So I still love that song to this day.

Two close seconds are New Kid in Town and After The Thrill Is Gone.
