Ha ha Scamp...I did. I don’t know if it’s the shoe,angle of pic, cuz I’ve seen pics where his feet look more typical size and others where they look big. Lol. His hands are huge and I always felt it must help with bends and such but can be a hinderance further up the neck no? I have smaller hands and struggle sometimes farther down the neck with certain chords and runs. Idk maybe it’s just me.

I think his hands really help him with barre chords and he plays a lot of them. Also he can easily reach the end of the neck for those real high notes. One thing I have noticed about his hands is they are always clean and nails look nice. I've seen others where it looks like they just came in from the garage and/or chew their nails.
In one of Joes' wrap up videos it shows him playing with his second finger wrapped up even tape over the end of his finger. In a follow up one he's looking at his finger and says he's finally getting his finger back. Wonder if he had his glass slide break on him as it was the finger he uses it on.
One has to wonder why he became a blacksmith. LOL
Have you ever seen him when he's playing and loses a pick? If it's in a solo it doesn't even faze him. He just finishes and grabs one of the mic stand when he can.

Maybe so Scamp, I just struggle sometimes in the narrow higher frets like my fingers get on to of each other…lol so I am amazed he doesn’t get tied up ha ha. I really need to play more…..and yes he has well groomed mits. Ha ha. I know what you mean I see some where they are chewed or dried cuticles side nail bed chewed looking lol. Ya he doesn’t miss a beat.

well Ringo’s birthday was the other day and of course Joe was nearby. I thought this was a cute collage bibs a Twitter post.
