I just joined this forum, but have been following the Eagles since 1974, saw my first concert with them at the NY Academy of Music in 1975. Don't have tickets to see them yet in MSG, but am working on it--any tips?

Welcome, OTB !!
Welcome OTB. Glad you found us and like it here on The Border. Depending on how much you're willing to spend for tickets, I'm sure you can find some on broker sites like Stub Hub. From my experience, you can also go to the box office the day of the show and tickets will be available at face value. However, it's a crapshoot about whether or not they will be good seats or nose bleeds. Good luck! There will be quite a few of us Borderers at these shows as well.

Hope you get to a show, but be prepared to be blown away! They are still awesome after all these years!

Welcome OTB. Glad you could join us.
Thanks guys,
I last saw them at MSG during the Long Road Out of Eden tour, and was blown away, as always. I hesitated when tickets when on sale this time because I couldn't get good seats and the price was high, but after watching the History of the Eagles numerous times, I'm so in the mood. The Eagles were the first band that I fell for in high school, and hearing their music brings back a lot of my past.
Welcome!

You can see the stars and still not see the light.
Welcome!
And yes the HOTE shows are way better than the LROOE/Funeral tour as I call it because they were wearing suits.
The HOTE tour is fabulous.
