I LOVE Mexican Radio!! If anyone has an MP3 of it can they email it to me? It's not on iTunes.

Stuck In The Middle With You is one of my all time favourite songs but I've never thought of it as a driving song. Interesting.

This will be totally off the top of my head:

    1. Take It Easy
    2. Walk Of Life - Dire Straits (well there's a surprise )
    3. Start Me Up - Rolling Stones
    4. Let's Go Crazy - Prince
    5. Trampled Underfoot - Led Zeppelin (listen to the lyrics, which include 'I'm so glad I took a look inside your showroom door'...)
    6. Highway Star - Deep Purple
    7. I'm In Love With My Car - Queen
    8. L.A. Woman - Doors
    9. Why Aye Man - Mark Knopfler
    10. Life In The Fast Lane

Ok, I'll try my Top 10.

    1. Take It Easy
    2. Hotel California-can't forget about that "dark, desert highway"!
    3. Movin On-Missouri
    4. Radar Love-Golden Earring
    5. Boys of Summer-Don Henley
    6. Stuck in the Middle-Stealers Wheel
    7. Stranglehold-Ted Nugent
    8. In the Air Tonight-Phil Collins
    9. Pink Houses-John Mellencamp
    10. Life in the Fast Lane

Oh well, what if it is a little one sided!

    Good topic, Brooke.

    Here are my pics:

    1. Eagles-Take It Easy
    2. Eagles--Life in the Fast Lane
    3. Eagles--Hotel California
    4. Don Henley--Boys of Summer
    5. Golden Earring-Radar Love
    6. Derek and the Dominos-Layla
    7. Springsteen--Pink Cadillac
    8. Phil Collins--In the Air Tonight
    9. Billy Ocean-Get Outta My Dreams, Get Into My Car
    10. Beatles-Drive My Car
    11. Beach Boys-Little Deuce Coupe
    12. Monkees--Pleasant Valley Sunday

    I had to fudge a little a list 12.

My pics have to do with a hard driving beat as well as references to driving.

(I had NO IDEA who sang Radar Love. Golden Earring? Interesting.
BTW, Lynyrd Skynyrd sings Sweet Home Alabama.)

    You're welcome.
Since I am from Alabama, that is practically our state song!

Actually, our state song is a very old waltz called Stars Fell on Alabama, but I like Sweet Home Alabama better.

Yes, how could you? I wondered I couldn't find any Keith songs in your list. Where The Blacktop Ends is great especially the version from the DVD when he's walking through the crowd. Do you already know he will release another DVD by end of this year?

    This is easy (and fun):

    THE LONG RUN
    DOOBIE'S LONG TRAIN RUNNIN'
    PF COMING BACK TO LIFE
    DS BROTHERS IN ARMS
    LRB LONESOME LOSER
    MIDNIGHT FLYER
    CSNY SUITE JUDY BLUE EYES
    THE O'KANES´Highway 55 (Check that one )
THE O'KANES Tired Of The Runnin'
    BREAD'S TRUCKIN'
    ***OUTLAW MAN, OUT OF CONTROL
    Be part of something good,
    Leave something good behind.
