I'm reading a part of a book before bed, and the book talks about the Roswell alien crash landing(or the weather balloon crash landing) that happened in July 1947. When I first saw the date, I thought "hey, that's Don Henley's birth month and year".

While at the Panama City Mall, I saw 2 cars with Michigan tags. Of course, Glenn was the first thing I thought of. Lol

I'm currently reading Mick Fleetwood's autobiography. He says that when Fleetwood Mac moved from England to the states in 1974, they moved into a house that had just been vacated by Glenn Frey of the Eagles!

OT: how's the book - worth checking out? I think Mick has written two autobiographies (so far).

Thanks. I want to learn more about the band. I was going to read the Ken Caillat book first, but I may as well go straight to the source.
Was that the only Eagles content? I would have thought they interacted quite a bit, being primary competitors.
There's little mentions throughout the last half of the book. Mick mentions playing with them at a concert in Jacksonville, Florida. He calls them their friendly rivals. He talks about what happened when Irving Azoff became Stevie's manager, and there's a brief, but laugh out loud funny, paragraph on Don and Stevie. I'm sure that I'm missing some other tidbits.
