The show tonight was amazing!! Don looked and sounded great. I love the girls who sing with him. Luckily the rain held off! And there was definitely plenty of the "warm smell of colitas" going on around me...

no, no real surprises...I've been following his song lists so i knew what to expect. but before he played "desperado" he said "this one's for Glenn"....made me tear up a bit
Here are a few reviews. Don sporting the clean shaving look for a while. I hope he stays clean shaving after summertime.

Great pictures in that last link especially! Thanks shun!
In a few of those in the previous post he looks rather ticked off. Someone recording?![]()

Thanks Shun! Be sure on this third link to go to the bottom of the article to another link when you click on Don in the truck. This will bring up a series of older photos, but starting with the third photo there is a brief interview. Among other things he talks of having Thanksgiving with Glenn & his folks in 1973 in Royal Oak! I thought others might have missed this as I nearly did!

Hi, I'm not finding the older photos and Glenn in Royal Oak.
I am here, did I take a wrong turn? http://www.mlive.com/music/index.ssf...out_the.html#2
Sorry! By older photos I meant not those taken during the Meadowbrook concert like the others. Just arrow through the photos to read a different question and answer by each picture. Number four is where Don spoke of Glenn's folks. It's not much, but I had never heard that story, and I enjoyed the thought of it! I thought folks would like to read where he mentions Glenn, however briefly.
