Thanks for posting all those links, Shun! Sounds like Don had a terrific birthday concert.
Here's a review about the show. This part about his influences was nice:
"Don Henley sends message at his Dallas birthday show: 70 may be the new 40" Guide Live-Dallas Morning News, July 23, 2017The evening began with an audio montage covering Henley's life span, letting us hear snippets of Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, the Everly Brothers (who sounded like early role models for the Eagles), Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, Sam Cooke and, of course, the Beatles.
From the article it sounds like Timothy sang lead on "One of These Nights"--can anyone confirm that?
Right or wrong, what’s done is done
It’s only moments that you borrow...
Sure sounds like he did. I would love to hear how he sounded.
I'd love to hear Timothy sing that too.

Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough. I think this is the first time Don sung this song since he first sang it with Patty. Don does something with Patty you would never see him do especially in concert. If I remembered from an interview that Scott did, he played drums on the original recording of this song. How strange is that to do this song 25 years later.

Brothers for life. RIP Glenn
I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley
Don sang OOTN last night.
At the Q&A tonight Don said there would be an EAGLES concert in Seattle & Atlanta. And EAGLES was the name he used. I just got back from the after party & will post more later or answer questions however it will be tomorrow as I have an early morning flight.
I will say Don answered questions for 3 1/2 hours and was most gracious and in a fantastic mood!
Thanks for posting those video's. Brings back great memories and Don was really having fun.
Thanks for posting those videos Shun. Looked like a fantastic night and Don was in great form. Stevie was having a great time as well

The videos are awesome Shun! Thank you for posting them!
Don also said at the Q&A that a reissue of Hotel California will be released this year & it will include some live cuts from the HC tour in 76/77. He said they wanted to get it out last year for the anniversary but didn't quite make it.
Shun - Thank You for all the videos. HB - Can't wait to read your review. Sounds like you had a wonderful time !
