    Default An Evening with the Eagles @ Spectrum Center, Charlotte NC, April 11, 2018

    Since there are some nice videos from this concert, I’m going to go ahead and post a few. They don’t last long anyway.

    Ol’ 55 (you can see Timothy grinning at Vince at the beginning)

    Peaceful Easy Feeling (Deacon still closes his eyes while singing, something sweet about that, maybe b/c it reminds me of someone?)

    Best of My Love (Don is sounding better this night, it seems)

    Already Gone (I’m loving Deacon’s performance of this song; he does a fine job with it)

    Seven Bridges Road - around the 2:00 mark, Timothy motions towards Vince, who adds some guitar licks to the song;
    around the 3:14 mark, Joe starts talking to the audience and introduces Deacon, and then TIE begins

    Love Will Keep Us Alive (nice close-up of TBS)

    That’s going to be it for now. There are some Joe songs posted on YT too if anyone is interested in checking those out.

    Oh, and on HC, Don is back on the drums.

    It looks like I was right about Don playing guitar on Already Gone. I'm trying to figure out why Don is now playing guitar on Already Gone when he's been playing drums on this song since the song came out. They really don't need another guitar player on that song.

    I saved some of the videos.

    Brothers for life. RIP Glenn

    I'm not sure I believe in fate, but I know that crossing paths with Glenn Lewis Frey in 1970 changed my life forever, and it eventually had an impact on the lives of millions of other people all over the planet. It will be very strange going forward in a world without him in it. But, I will be grateful, every day, that he was in my life. Rest in peace, my brother. You did what you set out to do, and then some." -Don Henley

    Here's another video of Take It To The Limit. Don talking about Deacon and brings up Glenn and Don tells the audience that Vince's birthday is tomorrow(which was yesterday and they sing Happy Birthday to Vince.

    Thanks Shun! I read on FB that the crowd sang Happy Birthday to Vince. I’m so glad that Glenn continues to get acknowledged at these concerts.
