I vote Don in the center & Glenn on the right. Mainly because the guy on the right has the chain & pendant that Glenn always seemed to wear. Also the way he is sitting & the chest hair. JMO & observations. This is too much fun staring at this pic!

I've always just assumed that Don is the guy in the middle and Glenn is on the right. I've tried to see it the other way round but I just can't. The square shoulders are really telling, as Dreamer said, and everything about Don's face... also, Glenn's chest looks pretty much the same as the '70s boat pics where he is shirtless.

I'm not saying I'm 100% correct, but it would blow my mind if it was the other way round!

I am not sure, either, but I lean to Don being on the being the one the right. I am basing my theory on the chest hair. Yes, now you know that what I notice! Don, always had more, and he also wore the gold eagle necklace in the 70's. I am not at all sure, but look at the chest...

P. S. It appears to me that Don has his rather wavy hair slicked back in a ponytail...

Well - I'm one that definitely thinks that Don is in the middle and Glenn is on the right. To me, the most telling things are that Don's shoulders are very squared like the guy in the middle, and the shapes of their faces - Glenn has the longer face like the guy on the right.

ETA: I also forgot to mention the hair is the other reason I believe Don is in the middle (straight hair) and Glenn is on the right (wavy hair).

There is some controversy about those Please Come Home For Christmas photos. Like you, I have always thought the bearded guy there is Don. Some people here think it's Glenn. I think Glenn is in the centre (where else) besides Joe. I am glad there is someone else who agrees with me.

On the actual dustcover, it really seems that Don is on the right. I could be wrong, but I am still going to drool over the guy on the right! Thanks!

If I was a bettin' woman, I would say just based on their physiques, Glenn is on the right, but neither one of them looks like themselves to me. They look like...mannequins! Lol

I always thought Glenn was on the right. I don't have the single in my apartment in NY and the images online aren't high enough resolution to see their earlobes. Odd, I know, but that would be the definitive way to tell for me. That and their noses, and Don's chin, which are also a bit blurry when I make the photos bigger.

But it's bizarre that I really can't figure it out from these pictures. Makes me feel like a bad fan. LOL

Well - I wanted to show a couple other examples of Don's squared shoulders. I can't find many pictures of Don with his shoulders bared, but often times you can see their shape even with a shirt.





You can see in this photo that Glenn's shoulders are much more rounded than Don's.

I don't wish to add to this but the reason I think Glenn is in the centre is because the hair is darker & he just has Glenn's 'look' to me. He would have been much more likely to have his hair slicked back than Don who still had a perm when the photo was taken. However those last two photos Dreamer posted are convincing regarding the shoulders.
