LOL! These replies are more entertaining than my dream.

As for the Scooby Doo gang, they were real people when I met them in front of the elevator... and Shaggy did not seem very sexy. lol

Well, remember how I was complaining how few Eagles dreams I have nowadays? I guess they come in spurts, because I had three Eagle dreams snippets last night!

I can only remember two of them, though. All I remember about the first one was that Don was in it, and I woke up in the middle of the night thinking "I need to put this on The Border," and then went back to sleep. Now, this morning, I can't remember it! Frustrating!

But at least I remember the two I had after I went back to sleep.

Don Henley (looking like he does now) is teaching a college literature class and he calls me up: "Nancy, I don't have time to make up the test. You write one up and email it to me. I'm giving the test Friday so I need you to submit the questions for approval by Thursday." (In my dream, it's Wednesday). He tells me the test is going to be over The Odyssey.

So, I grab one of my old tests and go up to campus to deliver it to him personally, right after the phone call. He thanks me, looks at it, crosses out one question and writes in another, then hands it back. "Now fix this and e-mail me the finished product." I'm so relieved he seems to like it!

I hurry home, but instead of fixing it right away, I put it aside to do later. When I pick it up again, it's dark and I'm tired. I'm retyping the whole thing for some reason, and I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. I finish it and hit "send."

As soon as I do, I realize that I forgot to put in the question he wanted! I fix it and send it again. Then I suddenly see a lot of typos. I fix them and send it again. At this point Don has three copies of this test.

He must think I suck at this, I fret. What can I do? I decide it would be a good idea to send him a deluxe illustrated version of the test to make up for my mistakes, so I print out a copy and begin drawing on it. The drawings are actually looking pretty good. In my dream I have artistic talent, lol. All the sudden Don comes up behind me. "Are you crazy? I want a one-page test and with your drawings, this will be two pages. You're killing trees."

Shoot, why didn't I think of that?! "Sorry, Mr. Henley... maybe we could print it out double-sided?"

[At the point, the dream ended abruptly and I had some other unrelated dreams]

Then all of the sudden my friend and I are driving along a dirt road and we see Bernie Leadon and Don Felder (c. 1975) walking along the road talking. "Ooh, stop, I want to talk to them!" I tell my friend.

She pulls over and I get out and start walking towards them. They don't notice me. As I approach, I hear Bernie saying, "A person needs to have A-class talent like me." Felder frowns and says "I'm not even going to touch that."

Then they both see me. "Hey, give me that tape!" Felder cries. Suddenly I am holding a VHS tape and I know instinctively I must NOT give it to Felder. "That tape belongs to my lawyer!" He insists. "I need it for evidence!"

I'm confused. "You had lawyers in the seventies?"

Bernie says "No," while Felder says "Yes." Meanwhile, I'm trying to remember what the heck is on this tape!

Bernie asks Felder, "What's on the tape?" I wait for the answer since I don't know myself.

    "It's a secret," Felder snaps.

"Why do you need it for evidence? The lawsuit happens way in the future," I ask.

Bernie looks at me strangely but Felder just looks mad.

Then suddenly I remember. The tape shows Felder having a secret meeting with mafia people! He's a member of the mafia! He'll surely kill me for having this tape!

I freak out, turn around, run back to the car and tell my friend to hit the accelerator - we gotta get out of there! Felder is chasing me and hollers "I KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE" as we drive away.

And THEN I woke up with my heart racing and it took me a second or two to realize it was just a dream!
