TBF, it's from the link you posted that had the words all over him. I just tried right-clicking on the picture and it let me copy it to the clipboard. Then into Powerpoint and from there I did a screen capture to eliminate the four inches of black on either side.

Yeah, I think he's supposed to be preparing to leave a bar or club because it's "after hours" and closing time. He looks a bit melancholy, which would fit the lyrics of the title track.
