The front page of the Entertainment section of our local newspaper had the article written by Mesfin Mumbi Moody of The Associated Press & a picture. This is the artcle in which Don is credited incorrectly with saying that he was the one who "asked to see the work of Oscar-winning documentary film makers". Anyway, at least they made the front page!

Not sure if this has been posted already somewhere. So much info but I believe at the end of this Don says the History of the Eagles Tour will include some former members (I'd guess Bernie). Did I hear this right?

He did say it! Very exciting, another thing to look forward too! hearing that it may be their final tour not so much (but that's not a total suprise)

Yep - that's what he said alright. I'm not gonna get too excited about a June date yet since these guys can be date-challenged at times. As far as the tour lasting for a couple of years - as Glenn always says, they plan what the band is going to do a year at a time. I guess that's the best approach for them at this stage in their lives and careers. Personally, if they are planning a whole new tour, I'd think they could stretch that out for 3 or 4 years if they want.

But, that is a very interesting comment about the former members joining them. How exciting - maybe Randy would be able to make a few appearances as well. Honestly, I don't hold out much hope for Felder, but you just never know ... anything is possible. It would also be cool if JD, Jackson, Linda Ronstadt, and others that were influential in their success would join them on occasion. Also, some former backup musicians like Joe Vitale, Stan Lynch, and Jay Oliver would be cool.
