PM, I hadn't noticed the pattern of espionage in my Eagles dreams before, but when I look back at my list of dreams you're right, there's several that contain that element or at least have a "solve the mystery" element. Wonder what the heck that means?!

I think we all have 'problem solving' dreams to a certain degree. Yours are just very detailed!

I finally had a dream with my man Joe in it. He looked like he did during the HFO tour with the short hair and glasses.

In the dream, he was sitting in a row of seats in front of a small stage. He had this young guy on his left and the young guy's GF on his right. I think that Joe and I were old friends or something because I went up behind him and put my hands on his shoulders, telling him it had been a long time since I'd seen him and it was good to see him again.

The younger couple disappeared somewhere and Joe told me that he had to go do something and to just wait and hang out. So I walked off into an area where there was a bunch of blankets and pillows on the floor made up to look like a bed. I knew it was Joe's because he had his watch sitting next to it, along with a used tissue (yuck!) and a glasses case. I grew tired and decided to kick back on Joe's bed and the pillows smelled like men's cologne, not overpowering but subtle.

Joe never returned and I ended up waking up shortly after that. I think what made me dream about him is that I was on Joe's Facebook page last night, hunting for photos that I'd never seen. I also was cleaning out the photo file on my computer, getting rid of double photos of The Eagles and Joe.

Now, if only I could have a dream where he looks like he does now...

This begs the question, does anyone else have a dream about the guys where they look like they did in the 70's or at any other time period except the present? Just curious.

Isn't it funny how detailed our dreams can be, right down to a used tissue? Lol!

    Unfortunately, I rarely remember mine.

Yep, many times. Probably only about a third of my dreams have them looking like they do now.

I need to start listening to the Eagles while I sleep so I can have some more! lol

ETA: I had two mystery dreams before this thread was started, so I never detailed them. On one, I was on an episode of South of Sunset with Glenn as Cody. He snuck into my apartment to investigate something and I caught him in the bathroom. He at first thought I was his enemy. He grabbed me and tried to shove me out of the way so he could go, but instead we fell together into a full bathtub (completely clothed; he was even wearing a hat, dressed more like Philip Marlowe than Cody). I still struggled, water splashing everywhere. He pinned me down in the bathtub, but I told him "Glenn, I'm on your side!" He believed me and let me go. I don't remember if there was more to it than that, but obviously that bit was the most memorable element!

The other one I had about five years ago. It was extremely long and involved but I can't remember all the details of it now, just that there was an intense mystery and it was solved when Glenn's daughter Taylor found a key behind a loose brick in the pool house. The key opened an important box that had the answers to the mystery... but sadly I can't remember what the mystery was! That's why I love having a place to write them down so I don't forget them.
