My Eagles dreams have been very strange lately.
I had a dream this week that I was at another Eagles concert(it was the current Eagles). It was an outdoor concert and their were thousands and thousands of people. I somehow got a backstage pass to meet the guys. I don't remember meeting Don, Glen or Timothy, but somehow I met Joe. For some reason, Joe wanted me to sing with him later on in the show. Cool. Again. I had Joe going to the audience again. I don't know what's going on with me having dreams of the guys going into the audience.![]()

"People don't run out of dreams: People just run out of time ..."

So I've had a montage of Eagle dreams... here we go!
In the first, I go into a dry cleaner's and there's Glenn behind the counter. I'm with a fellow fan (who shall remain nameless, as I don't think she'd appreciate being in this dream). There's an elderly couple ahead of us in line. This fan is so eager to get to Glenn that she shoves the old people aside and starts climbing over the counter. She slips, though, and somehow falls into that sloping machine that rotates the clothes into the back where they get cleaned. The rack is moving and her shirt is caught on it... she starts to get dragged up... then her shirt rips and she suddenly falls, bounces down the machine, hits the counter, and then hits the floor. It all happens in less than a minute.
Glenn and I are horrified. I get out my cell phone and call an ambulance. Glenn cradles her in his arms and comforts her. I start to feel irrationally jealous and begin to wish I had had an accident so that Glenn would be comforting me! The old couple just looks confused.
Suddenly we're in the hospital. I'm standing beside the hospital bed; she's in traction. Glenn is walking towards us.
"I'm so sorry about what happened. I brought flowers," Glenn says, handing a big bouquet of roses to me to take while he talks to her.
"It wasn't your fault... I'm so embarrassed..." she says as I look for a place to put the flowers. I finally decide to plop them on a side table. Now Glenn is holding her hand.
She's so lucky! I think again.
"As soon as you're well, feel free to come down to the dry cleaner's anytime," he says kindly to her.
"Oh thank you," she replies. "I will!"
"Well, I have to go now. Goodbye," he says and turns away.
"Bye, Glenn!" I say, hoping he'll talk to me a bit.
"Bye, Nancy," he says over his shoulder as he heads out the door.
Oh well, better than nothing, I sigh to myself.
Flash forward again.
I'm wheeling my fellow fan into the dry cleaners; she's still in a wheelchair, but she wants to make the most out of Glenn's invitation. He smiles widely and indicates a spot for me to wheel her next to the register while he helps a customer who is turning in some shirts to be starched.
"You can leave me here," she says after I get her next to the wall. "I'll call you if I need a ride home."
Now I'm pissed off. The least she could do was let me hang around!
I woke up with a frown on my face. lol
The other two dreams are coming!
Too funny! Really, you have Glenn working at a drycleaners? No wonder he didn't want to talk to you!
