Nessatxmom ~ I concur whole heartedly!! Joe is "the most awesome person ever" and I can just HOPE that WHEN (not if) WHEN he comes to Portland and WHEN he does an M&G here (which he will, Im just sure) I do not break down crying, but there are no guarantees, just like there are no guarantees that I wont attach myself to him like super glue and need to be hauled away by Smokey! Ya just never know!

I've always really liked Joe, and the Eagles in general. But, now I think it's more "he's the most awesome person ever" than like, lol. My husband is a major fan! Anyway, we went to our first concert in Dallas on Saturday and I was blown away! I actually cried I was so excited! But I only cried for Joe. Seriously, his awesome guitar skills and voice would make me all weepy. I was okay during other parts of the show. It was funny. We'd never been to a rock concert before, so it was an awesome first one. Afterwards, I told hubby he'd have to be the homemaker because I was running away with Joe, lol.

Your hubby must be very understanding! Welcome to the Border! I'm more of a Glenn fan, but can easily be pulled into one corner or another (literally, hopefully) by each of the band member's special attributes!

I know just how you feel. After seeing him in London in 1975 I didn't see him again until the Hell Freezes tour, again at Wembley. I was fine until his first solo vocal - Pretty Maids All in a Row - and I was in floods! Luckily my wife is very understanding!

Seriously, it just proves what good music does to everybody, men and women alike. And you never know how you will react. It's almost like an out of body experience!
