    Lou--you need more days off work!! You are very productive when you're off! I think this is fantastic. Another talented Borderer!!

    Question to anyone that does these--do you have to use a special photo program or can you use something like photobucket? (Yeah-I'm that stupid when it comes to computers?) Just wondering. Would like to try my own but don't know how to start.

    Willie, a lot of people use PhotoShop but I use Serif PhotoPlus - just search for it, and you can download it for free. It does everything you want, crop, blend images, alter brightness, layer pictures, etc. I'm not an expert on it though - there are so many functions I'm sure I haven't used yet! Ticky mentioned a few free online photo-editing programs the other night... She'll direct you to the best ones

    I use Photoshop, but I got it highly discounted, so it might be better for folks not willing to shell out full price to get some of these free programs. The price of such software is truly outrageous.

    I started out very slowly with my wallpapers - the first Eagles-related one I did was just a tint - but eventually you learn the ropes and do a bit more sophisticated ones. That said, I still make those simple ones sometimes just because they look too look nice... it all works!

    Just trying to say - don't get a complex if you can't use all the bells and whistles. Even simpler ones can be HOT - feel free to add yours to the pot!
