Joe was on "The Best of 1978" On VH1. Peter Frampton mentioned him as one of the guitar Gods of 1978. Just a quick mention and a pic, but still pretty cool (I made Jenni rewind it and play it back a few times *G*)
I was watching The Rocker last night. Christina Applegates character says, "take it easy" and Rainn reply's, "okay, the Eagles"... I LOL... then I said, to myself, there is no "the" in front of Eagles. Then I laughed more at my dorkiness for thinking that!
Sounds like a perfectly normal reaction to me, ltl.

The other night we were watching Larry The Cable Guy on tv and he mentioned that he'd seen the Eagles in Las Vegas. He loved them and they were the soundtrack of his life, but if they get any older they'll be the Bald Eagles! We couldn't help but laugh!

This morning the Today Show had a segment about bankers going wild in a luxury car race on US highways and they were playing parts of Life In The Fastlane!

I was watching The Office a while back. If any of you are familiar with the show, Michael Scott (the boss of the office) came to work, and his coworkers bought him ice cream. He said, "oooh Eagles flavors... Cake it to the limit, my favorite". That made me smile
