Eagles Mentions in the Press (2006 - 2017)

It was an interesting read. Still, I hope he doesn't write the book. The last thing any of us need is one more book by someone not named Don, Glenn, Joe, Bernie, Randy, or Timothy who claims to know what really made these guys tick and what really happened.

He probably will write one, but you take it with a grain of salt...like every thing else written about it...I mean these people were there, on the tour with them, so they did see & hear things that went on...some of it has to be true. The Eagles were far from alone out there. There were plenty of people on the road with them.

I'm surprised it wouldn't be reported in the entertainment news. Even lawsuits with gag orders have to be filed publicly in the courts. Perhaps this is residual matters from the lawsuit that was supposedly settled.

Seeing Bernie reunited with the Eagles really makes me wish it was Don Felder that was back in the band. After seeing him last week, I was really impressed with his guitar playing & he & Frampton seem to get along well & they sounded great together, but I do wish he was doing this tour with the Eagles...It would be a huge thing for everyone.

agree. I think he is one that needles, prods, doesn't drop things and keeps crap stirred. I read his book, made him come off badly IMO

I really wish they would "get over it" and bring Don Felder back. He is certainly a big part of the band's history.

Now maybe we can understand why he wasn't asked. If he continuously needles them why would they? Who wants to go on tour with someone that you don't get along with? It looks like the rest of them have let by-gones be by-gones. But not Felder. And why would Don Henley make that up?
