Thanks for the link, but if you look back two pages you'll see it's already been posted. Welcome to the Border, though. This is the place to enjoy and celebrate Randy and all things EAGLES!

Read this at 2:30am, tired and ready for bed, and laughed so much I woke up more instead! Had to print it up just for a good full read at my leisure. Don't know why I found the reference to Peter Cetera of Chicago so funny, unless it was the hour of the day when I read it!

I'm not a fan of some things Glenn said either.
He says that he called Felder's manager before the reunion tour had even started and said, "Hello Barry (or whatever the name was), I'm sorry that you happen to represent the only asshole in the band". If Glenn really did say that at that point, he had pretty much decided that it would be torture working with the guy.

    EDIT:

I was, of course, referring to a comment Glenn made in the History Of The Eagles DVD. They were mentioned in this thread, but my post would fit better in the History Of the Eagles thread...

Please get the context correct. This was in relation to everybody approving the new contracts for the HFO tour except for Felder. At the time I think Glenn believed that the reformed Eagles needed Felder to be there particularly if there were problems with Joe's recovery. That made it all the more annoying for him as he saw it that Felder was behaving in the way he did over the contracts. No doubt he was also annoyed that the problems he had had with Felder in the past appeared to have returned. I think he was more than patient, and he continued to be more than patient until 2001 when he finally had enough of the difficulties Felder caused.

Please, Felder fans, do not flame me. There are two sides to this story & somebody occasionally has to look at it from Glenn's viewpoint.
