LOL.. weellllll... when my tomatoes ripen Ill be canning again. I usually bring in about 12 to 15 lbs of tomatoes a day when they start. My sauce is a roasted tomato sauce so it takes time and work BUT, Cami is coming up for a few days before Labor Day and we'll be little canning fairies for a few days working our little fairy butts off! Till then, I'll try and keep writing
