Thanks so much for not banishing me from the Border! I promise to uphold my sacred duty to listen to the ENTIRE Eagles song before exiting the store next time this happens!!

The secret is in tricking the hubbies by making them think you forgot something.

Example: Darn! I forgot that I wanted to look at pillows! Guess I'll just have to go back...

Carla--Isn't it wonderful to have a husband that at least asked? I know Larry has done the same thing! How sweet they are.
He sings it high, he plays it low

Yes! TBF, you are so right-it is wonderful to have a hubby who at least asked! I know Mike is NOT a big Eagles fan-he did go see them once and complained about several songs--but he is considerate of me when an Eagles song comes on in a store or on the radio. I am sure we would have heard the entire song if it had started just a little bit earlier!

I do not believe my ears, at work, I heard today Life In The Fast Lane! My work room is next to a music room and
there they first played LITFL of our guys and then the students have tried to play it! And this was not bad!!!

"Part of Me, Part of You" started playing today while hubby and I were wandering around the supermarket! Hubby suggested I stand under a speaker and listen to the rest of the song while he finished up the shopping. I was happy to comply!
