First of all, thank you Soda for the screen caps. They are all amazing. I'll have to post my favorites after I get a chance to study them some more.

We're all supposed to respond with 'Aw Felder is definitely the better man here!' That's Emotional Manipulation 101 but it seems from the replies so far that nobody is buying it. I think that NOBODY is over it, not Glenn, not Don Henley, not Don Felder, NOBODY.

As for Felder's negative opinion of Glenn being 'validation' ~ That's like saying my grandpa's negative opinions of Obama are validated because they're shared by Mitt Romney. 'I knew Obama couldn't be trusted and it's not just me, Romney picked up on that too!'
I totally agree with you here, HD. And even though your analogy is right on, it gave me a giggle.

I doubt he spends much time thinking about DF. Seems he's a pretty busy guy who's always focused on his next moves.
DF is no doubt hurt by all this. I love his playing. He brought a lot to the Eagles. Would of been nice if they could of worked out their differences. I have read his book several times. Actually watched the show again from DVR and would pause and go back through Heaven and Hell to try and see how the timelines and info would match up. Book is more detailed and the show couldn't possible cover as much without being a mini series but there are some interesting differences or omissions. It's more the tone and contradictions and what wasn't said that bother me about Heaven and Hell.
And yk, I absolutely agree with every word of your post here too. This is exactly the way I feel.
